How Echelon fits into your organization.
My team can't move fast enough. Projects are always behind.
Maintenance swamps my team.
This implementation will take months.
I need to get AI ready.
For team’s still wanting a guiding hand, this is how you get the speed of AI with the decades of experience my delivery team brings.

The execution speed & quality of AI.
Combined into a modern MSP.
How we tackle your instance & organization complexity?
Where Echelon’s tool is ahead of the game with ServiceNow is that they’re examining the instance and trying to figure out where the reusable components exist instead of starting from scratch every single time.
Pay for outcomes, not for hours.
Consultants bill for time. Echelon delivers finished, tested work — so you only pay for what actually ships.
- Billed by the hour, win or lose
- Padded SOWs and change orders
- You pay whether it ships or not
- Priced to the outcome you want
- Fixed pricing for easy budget planning
- You pay for work that actually ships
Enterprise-grade security, by default.

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers from our intro and demo calls.
Echelon is an AI teammate that works on your ServiceNow platform like a certified contractor would — writing stories, building, testing, and documenting — so your platform team can stay in the driver's seat and review its output before anything goes to production. It replaces the work you'd normally hire an SI or MSP for.
General-purpose AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) is great for senior people asking questions, but it has no context of your specific ServiceNow instance. The Now SDK is a pro-code workflow built for software engineers (requiring Git and source control), not ServiceNow developers. Echelon comes in as the services replacement — you give it a task and it gets done, grounded in how your instance is actually configured.
Echelon uses a consumption-based model built on credits (tokens). A rough rule of thumb is that ~100,000 credits equates to roughly one full-time developer's workload for a year, and we benchmark cost against what you'd pay an onshore or offshore services firm for the same work.
Consumption depends on how heavily your team pushes work through the platform; a typical POC uses only a small fraction (one customer used ~22K in a three-week POC against a 100K annual plan). Credits are use-it-or-lose-it within the contract year, but usage is fully visible on your dashboard, we notify you at 10% remaining, and standard contracts bake in a 10% overage buffer so you're never cut off mid-task.
We don't stop you immediately — we alert you as you approach the limit and there's a built-in overage allowance so in-flight work can finish. To add more, we issue an additional order form on top of your existing contract, and we can provide a pricing sheet to make topping up straightforward.
Yes, through two levers: volume (more credits lowers your per-credit price) or tenure (a multi-year commitment, invoiced annually rather than fully upfront). We'll also build an ROI business case comparing Echelon against onshore/offshore services costs to justify the number internally.
Echelon sits on top of your ServiceNow instance via OAuth/API and queries the instance each time you prompt it. During POCs it's typically connected only to a dev environment. Even in steady state you don't have to connect it to production — Echelon hands you an update set that your team moves into production yourselves, which limits exposure.
You stay fully in control. Echelon does the heavy lifting, but your team reviews its output and decides what's good enough to promote — exactly as you would with any human contractor. Most customers describe it as getting them ~90% of the way there, with a person handling the final review.
Yes. Echelon is SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliant with GDPR and CCPA coverage, and we're very used to security questionnaires and long procurement processes. Regulated customers like KPMG, Bain Capital, and UnitedHealthcare have already put us through thorough vendor vetting.
Yes — ATF is one of our most-requested use cases and is well built out in the full product. If it only generated skeletons in your trial, that's a sandbox/PGI limitation, not the product's ceiling; a full demo instance shows the complete capability, including populating and executing test cases.
Yes. Echelon queries your instance first to check whether something similar already exists before building, and there's an "instance knowledge" feature where you can load your development best practices and preferred patterns so it follows the way your team does things going forward.
The strongest early wins are CMDB assessment and cleanup (scanning the full instance for duplicates and broken discovery logs in minutes instead of a four-week manual project), clearing development backlogs, upgrade readiness and regression testing, and catalog/record-producer builds. Healthcare and financial services teams with lean (one-to-two-person) platform teams tend to see the fastest ROI.
Echelon spans the platform (ITSM, HRSD, ITAM/HAM/SAM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM, and more) and follows demand. For modules it hasn't tackled yet, our engineers can typically upskill it in about three weeks (as we did for Source-to-Pay). ITOM/CMDB and SAM are areas we've heavily invested in coming out of Knowledge.
We ask you to send a couple of real use cases or your oldest backlog stories (redacted as needed), then demo Echelon solving them live in our instance — from writing the story to producing an update set we send you afterward. We tailor the demo to the pain points you raise on the intro call.
Yes. We offer a self-serve sandbox/PGI free trial (roughly 20 hours of free tokens) that you connect to your personal developer instance, so you and your team can see the prompts, workflows, and token consumption firsthand before committing.
That's the core value proposition. Where traditional partners quote 15–30 week implementations and 1.5–3x software cost, Echelon targets 1:1 or below and compresses timelines from months to hours or days — one customer replaced their incumbent MSP and saved close to $1M in year one.
Every capability your platform needs.
