We're an early-stage team that works closely in person, with hubs in major hubs and flexibility for the right people. We get the whole team together regularly.

Not necessarily. We care most about strong builders who learn fast. Deep knowledge of enterprise platforms like ServiceNow is a plus for some roles, but curiosity and rigor matter more.
